We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance to secure allocation. Each product listing includes an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) — this is an estimated date only and may change due to distributor delays, shipping, customs, or manufacturer adjustments.

2. Payment & Non-Refundable Terms

Customers may pay a deposit or the full amount at checkout. Once payment (either deposit or full) has been made, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items or store credit if you change your mind. Payments cannot be refunded due to reasons such as: Change of mind or preference Price fluctuation Delays in shipment or ETA changes outside of our control.

3. Allocation & Stock Availability

All pre-orders are subject to distributor and manufacturer allocation. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to short supply, cancellation, or allocation cuts from our distributors, you will receive a full refund for the affected item(s). Partial shipments may occur if multiple items are ordered together. Email us if you wish to ship out multiple orders in one shipment.
